Liaison with Local Authority for Necessary Permissions/ Approvals
- Arrange, Produce and submit all project documents required as per Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) requirements.
- Produce and format ADM Architectural Drawings as per Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) requirements.
- Produce and format ADCD Drawings as per Abu Dhabi Civil Defense (ADCD) requirements
- Co-ordinate with key people in Authorities, Such as ADM, ADCD, DOT, etc.
- Approval Process tracking from project start to issuing the permit.
- Obtaining ADM Architectural & ADCD Initial drawings Approvals.
- Issue the Modification Permit through the Assigned contractor.
- Produce and format Circulation & Parking Plans as per DOT requirements
- Produce and format CAD/GIS Standard Drawings as per DOT requirements.
- Trip Generation & Parking rates Calculations.
- Submit Circulation plan applications through DOT TIS Online System.
- Change of Use and Authorities Approval
- Produce and format the lease plans as per ADM requirements.
- Submit, review and grant the approval of the lease plan.
- Occupancy Certificates issuance
